• This server is English only, minor use of different languages are allowed. But keep it to a minimum. (Admins decide what is too much.)
• Do not spam, be rude and don't post links in chat unless allowed by staff. (Partnered members/youtubers&streamers can advertise their servers/videos/streams.)
• Steer clear of using vulgarities. It is allowed but do not use it too often. (You can get warned for this.)
• We have a NSFW chat so only post NSFW images or messages in that chat. (This chat is only available for Nobles.)
• Never @Everyone without a proper reason. Reasoning will be determined by staff. (You can use it to ask people to play.)

• A lower role must always listen to higher roles. But only if that role is staff.
• If you join any of the private voice channel then you are agreeing to be recorded.
• Do not ignore or argue with staff when they talk to you.
• If you would like to report someone, please PM a staff member and they will take care of it.
• Do not complain about admins or rules in open chat, consult any higher rank in pm instead.
• Never ask for a higher role or rank.
• Do not act childish and be mature.
• If you try to bend the rules against admins, you may get yourself banned.

• Admins have to follow every rule that the rest of the server does.
• Admins may change nicknames they think are inappropriate.
• Admins will often have their chats muted. Do @Admin-name to make them notice you.

• If you are having problems with something. Please consult any admin and they will help.
• Staff have to follow an NDA. They are not allowed to share any conversation you tell them not to share.

•The Fakz NDA.
1-You are not allowed to share information or conversations between staff or other members of the community. (Unless rule 2 applies)
2-You are allowed to share an information or conversation if both parties agree to it being disclosed. (Rule 4 applies to this)
3-If a member approaches you with a problem or needs your help you must always ask them if they would like this conversation to be held within the rules of the NDA.
4-You must always be sure if you are allowed to share the information before you do so, if you are not sure do not share it.
5-There is one exception to the agreement. You may share information with the owner/co-owner or any sort of close family that you trust. But if the information gets shared further the responsibility goes to you.
6-In the case that information does get shared further @High Court will decide a punishment for you.
7-By accepting to be apart of the staff team you automatically agree to follow this NDA.
8-Failure to follow the NDA can result in a demotion.
9-If the person tells you certain information is within NDA but that information can be life threatening or is very important to something. Then you will be excused for breaking NDA.
•Spam Guidelines.
Spam like number spam in chat with random numbers being sent more then 5-10 times very quickly, will first be a warning and if they fail to comply it will be a kick.
Spam like random words and numbers over 3 times in chat like for example (SHAK1H, 1JI1OH, PQDMAP9) will be kickable, but try to give a warning first.
Spam as in the verb spamming. "Sending the same message to multiple amounts of people in PM" will be a bannable offense. Depending on the message sent in the pm.
Spam as in writing out a word like this down the chat (H, E, L, L, O) if done multiple times this will be a kickable offense. Can be forgiven if the word is banned and needed to be used in the sentence. Can also be a warning.
Spam as in the same message sent multiple times i.e over 3 times will be a kickable/warnable offense.
•If you get 2 warnings you will automatically get kicked. If you get a 3rd warning within 2 days of the others. You will be banned.

•Report someone if they are being rude. They will not be warned if you do not.

•Remember that staff should always respect you aswell. It's not only you that have to respect them.

•If you see someone break a rule, no matter which one. Report it to staff.
•Custom Voice Channels.
If you want to apply to have a special custom voice channel for yourself you have to contact one of the admins/mods.
Ask them to create a VC for you and tell them what they should name it. Depending on who you are you will get the VC.

Note: If your voice channel is not used in a week it will be removed.

In our server you can write ";;ranks" to see our joinable roles. Then do ";;rank rolename" to join the role you desire.
If we do not have the role you want, contact an admin and they can add it to you!
